What you will learn
Bakels Training School is NZQA registered and accredited to teach the New Zealand Certificate in Trade Baking with strands in Bread, Cake & Biscuit, Pastry, or Plant Levels 3 and 4.
Training plans can be tailored to meet individual needs.

Enrollment criteria:
Students must be a New Zealand resident OR hold a current working visa of no less than 2 years.
Students must be currently employed 30+ hours per week in a New Zealand bakery.
Students must be over 16 years at time of enrollment.
We are unable to accept enrollments from international students.
